Marketplace
An Indonesian online auction and marketplace platform, serving around 470 active sellers and 2,200 paid orders a month.
- Built and maintain the platform on Laravel 9 and MySQL, with a REST API serving the mobile app.
- Designed the escrow payment flow on Xendit (QRIS and Virtual Account) with idempotent webhook handling, stock reservation, and automatic fund release on delivery confirmation.
- Implemented the seller wallet as an internal ledger with automated payouts via the Xendit Disbursement API, using row-level locking and idempotency guards to prevent double-crediting and duplicate withdrawals.
- Integrated multi-courier shipping (KiriminAja) and automated the order lifecycle: auto-refund on seller SLA breach, dispute resolution, and dangerous-goods detection that routes checkout to cargo services.
